She was invited to the scene-famous event with just four released songs and shortly afterwards was one of the most clicked performances at the event. What she has achieved is something many rappers in Switzerland dream of: standing out from a crowd of almost 100 artists. What happens now is clear: the eyes of the scene are on her. But that’s no problem for the 21-year-old: “I’ve come to stay!”. She wants to continue to achieve this with music in her native Swiss German and a strong message: she stands for both self-love and vulnerability. She is provocative and yet approachable. She stands for female empowerment. Her sound is modern, her lyrics snotty and cheeky. She delivers battle bars that hurt and punchlines that make you smile. But her soundscapes are by no means standard. She likes 808 beats, but doesn’t allow herself to be held back by genre boundaries. Her DNA is rap, what she builds around it she leaves open.
