ZOË MË

Sometimes, melancholy lies like dewdrops in the morning light; other times, it reflects in the neon glow of the city – Zoë Më is a storyteller with two hearts beating in her chest. She sings in German and French, creating a blend of poetic pop and chanson.

Born on October 6, 2000, in Basel, she lived in Germany between 2003 and 2009 and has since resided in the bilingual canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. At just ten years old, she began writing her own songs. Although she didn’t grow up bilingual, she discovered her love for Molière’s language early on and picked it up at school and through friends.

Today, Zoë Më builds musical bridges across linguistic and cultural borders. “No one switches languages within a song as quickly as Zoë Më,” writes Swiss national broadcaster SRF. And its French-speaking counterpart RTS praises her as well: “La Fribourgeoise casse le Röstigraben musical Suisse.” With her bilingual EP Dorienne Gris (release: May 17, 2024), the 24-year-old received two major accolades in the same year: SRF3 Best Talent and RTS Artiste Radar.

She also captivates live audiences on both sides of the language divide – performing at events such as the Montreux Jazz Festival and Luzern Live. In 2025, she will represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel with her song Voyage, gaining attention across Europe. She plans to use this platform to take her audience on a journey toward greater humanity.
