Lo & Leduc are a Swiss music duo from Bern, consisting of Lorenz Häberli (Lo) and Luc Oggier (Leduc). The two met while studying German and began making music together early on. Their musical style is characterized by a mixture of rap, pop and chansons with poetic, often humorous lyrics. They made their breakthrough in Switzerland in 2014 with the album Zucker fürs Volk. The song “Jung verdammt” in particular became a big radio hit and made them known to a wide audience. Their lyrics are often multi-layered and are characterized by linguistic sophistication. In addition to music, Lo & Leduc are also involved in cultural projects and maintain close links with the Bernese cultural scene. Their albums have received several awards, including prizes for their lyrical quality.
