Benjamin Amaru is coming to Switzerland for a concert at ZÜRICH OPENAIR.

Born in St.Gallen and raised in Appenzell, the son of an Iranian mother and Swiss father generates over 22 million streams a year. His life as a musician is “more of an adventure than a career”, he says. The piano runs like a common thread through his songs. With the electronic “Son of the Desert”, the danceable “Not High On Drugz” and the thoughtful songs “everything” and “cry no more”, among others, he has succeeded in creating both catchy tunes and profound songs that have taken Benjamin Amaru far beyond his own country’s borders.
