LOU KAENA

Lou Kaena, whose real name is Lou Nausicaa Lengsfeld, is an up-and-coming musician from Zurich. She released her debut album at the age of 16 and gained attention in the Swiss music scene as a result. Her music is a mix of French rap and pop, and she sings her songs exclusively in French. Lou Kaena writes her own lyrics, in which she deals with personal experiences and emotions. A notable milestone in her career was her collaboration with Sunrise for the “Sunrise Young” project, in which she developed a song that took up the campaign idea of “Experience more connection”. Another significant step was her participation in the Band-it final, a prestigious music competition for young talents, where she came third together with the artist $aiD. Their performance was characterized by a unique mix of hip-hop and R’n’B, where they set no boundaries stylistically and created their own genre. An outstanding project in their career is the collaboration with UEFA for the 2025 Women’s European Championship, which will take place in Switzerland. Lou Kaena was commissioned to write the official song for the tournament, which will unite the different cultures and languages of Switzerland.
